An open-source and semi-automated pipeline to quantify subnuclear foci, colocalized particles and pixel-based colocalization metrics

We recently published an open-source and semi-automated pipeline that can be applied to the analysis of confocal immunofluorescence data. The program allows users to quantify subnuclear foci, as well as colocalized particles and pixel-based colocalization metrics (e.g. Pearson's Correlation Coefficient).

This project was initiated by Sonny Panichnantakul, with additional support from Ayushi Patel and Elizabeth Tse.
